Description

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support the delivery of technology and digital initiatives within a cross-functional environment.This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with project delivery accountability, ensuring teams deliver value in a predictable, transparent and efficient way. You will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive delivery outcomes, remove blockers and continuously improve team performance.You will operate within a mixed technical landscape spanning legacy platforms and modern cloud-based solutions.   • Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Team EnablementFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Support teams in delivering sprint goals and maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Project Delivery & PlanningSupport the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized technology initiatives.
  • Track delivery progress using Agile metrics including velocity, burndown and backlog tracking.
  • Contribute to release planning, forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Manage and maintain visibility of project risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Provide clear and structured delivery reporting to stakeholders and the PMO.
  • Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key point of contact for project delivery updates and coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate technical progress into clear, business-focused updates.
  • Manage competing priorities and support effective decision-making.
  • Governance & Financial ManagementSupport budget tracking, forecasting and reporting alongside PMO and Finance teams.
  • Ensure projects align with relevant governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate project documentation and reporting standards.
  • Operational SupportCoordinate incident management activities for prioritised production issues.
  • Support technical teams in resolving incidents within agreed service levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in system stability and operational processes.


  • Skills & ExperienceThe successful candidate will ideally have:3–6 years' experience in IT/project delivery, including at least 1–3 years working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban delivery teams.
  • Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong experience working across cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Good understanding of software delivery, system architecture and Agile practices.
  • Experience with project planning, delivery reporting, risk management and dependency management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
