In this role, you will help drive the successful execution of complex technology initiatives in a fast-moving environment. You will play a central part in aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining delivery momentum, and ensuring stakeholders stay informed as projects move from planning through release. Responsibilities Lead Agile project planning, sprint execution, and cross-functional delivery coordination. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple workstreams. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove blockers to keep teams on track. Coordinate with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely releases. Communicate project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering. 3+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery across cross-functional technical teams. Hands-on experience with Scrum and sprint planning. Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards. Strong experience communicating project status, dependencies, and milestones to internal stakeholders. Eligibility to work in Thailand. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fintech industry. Experience working with external clients or other customer-facing stakeholders. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. Benefits will be discussed with the successful candidate.
