WHAT GIVES YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

• Master’s Degree (MBA, MSE) or SAFe /Agile certifications.
• Experience in electrification, battery management systems (BMS), or high voltage control domains.
• Knowledge of GM tools and systems ( PRTS, GMS , S AFe metrics).
• DFSS Black Belt certification.
  Proven track record with successful vehicle program launches.

THE ROLE

As the ART Manager for the Battery and High Voltage ART, you will serve as the strategic and executional lead across one of GM’s critical software delivery organizations. This role bridges agile product management and program execution for battery energy management and high voltage controls—core pillars in GM’s all-electric future.
You will own the delivery roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure your ART delivers the right product, at the right time, with the highest impact. As a servant leader, you will guide the team to continuously improve value delivery, execution predictability, and alignment with GM’s vehicle development programs.
