WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience in an analytical function in planning
  • A degree or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Swedish
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and Power BI is beneficial
  • Previous experience within FMCG industry is considered an advantage
Responsibilities

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

The role of Agile Sales Planning Associate will report to the Commercial Planning manager.
As an Agile Sales Planning Associate, you will be responsible for JTI’s CRM system administration and have joint responsibility in assuring that the company’s strategic goals are supported by our system. In this role, you will take part in the Sales Process, and support the sales & marketing teams with analytics and reports. You will also be involved in several projects and different roles within the projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer the CRM system and ensure that the collected data is accurate
  • Handle the Sales Process in the system, based on business requirements
  • Take part in the Sales Process, and develop the business plans within the Sales Process with analytics/insights/reports
  • Participate in various projects, and with different tools/programs be the one who finalizes and gets project vision into reality
  • Support sales force in their work with our CRM system, including training them in using the tool and sharing best practices with them
