We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate and support our Agile squads in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, facilitating Agile squads in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor Agile practices to the unique needs of different teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving impediments to ensure smooth team progress.
  • Proficiency in using Agile project management tools and software like Jira.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret team performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to guide and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile squads, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize backlog items.
  • Empower squads to self-organize and make decisions, while removing any impediments that hinder their progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement within squads by identifying areas for enhancement and guiding the implementation of changes.
  • Monitor and track team performance metrics, such as velocity and cycle time, and use data-driven insights to optimize team efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and continuous learning within the squads.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure a healthy team dynamic by promoting open dialogue and understanding.
