Job Description: As a Delivery Manager at Lunavi, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements, driving project outcomes that align with the desired business objectives. You will serve as a key point of contact with clients and other stakeholders, applying our Lunavi Agile Delivery Guidance to foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and incremental value delivery. With your leadership, guidance, and expertise, you will work within and empower the Delivery Team to excel, foster innovation, and continuously improve. Responsibilities Include: Ensure the Delivery Team successfully delivers the goals of the engagement/project to meet the desired business outcomes. Primary Delivery Team point of contact on behalf of Lunavi with the client and other stakeholders. Champion and apply the Lunavi Agile Delivery Guidance to drive project success, foster collaboration, and deliver value incrementally. Manage the end-to-end delivery of client engagements and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure transparent communication and alignment within the Delivery Team. Empower and guide the Delivery Team in self-organizing and cross-functional collaboration, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor and communicate progress, identify and address potential risks and impediments, and manage and track the engagement budget. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals, objectives, and expectations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment between their requirements and project deliverables. Actively engage with stakeholders throughout the delivery process, seeking their input, feedback, and buy-in to drive successful project outcomes. Provide delivery visibility and transparency through regular touch points with clients, including facilitating weekly Status Meetings and Status Reports to ensure alignment and enable better stakeholder decision making. Work closely with the Client Success Manager to communicate on any opportunities, risks, and decision points related to the client engagement. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Delivery Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and innovation. Requirements Must Haves: Experience in performing the Scrum Master role for at least two years, preferably in a software development team applying Scrum principles and practices. Have experience serving as a cross functional team leader. Strong working knowledge and strategies to drive facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, team accountability, and increasing transparency while working in a fast-paced environment. Is able to prioritize goals based on the larger vision, while being comfortable getting into the details as needed, and working with a sense of urgency. Robust and effective communication skills to bring multiple roles and personalities together to work towards a shared vision. 2+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps, including for example: Sprint Boards, Backlog, Dashboards, Queries. Experience with delivering custom software solutions to production under tight budget and time constraints. The desire to bring out the best in people that make a positive, shared impact. Is always looking for ways to improve and help others to do the same. Occasional, limited travel may be required for key project ceremonies. Preferred: Experience with Business Analysis Experience with Quality Assurance Testing Experience with Jira, or other industry standard Agile backlog management tool, in addition to Azure DevOps, which is required.
