Responsibilities
  • Team coaching: Coach teams transforming from Waterfall to Agile.
  • Dysfunction Resolution: Identify dysfunction and offer solutions/strategies.
  • Implement Agile: Meet teams where they are, we do not implement textbook agile.
  • Team Support: Ask questions, understand the work, learn the overall lifecycle from intake to deployment.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate key agile practices and potential application in the NPES environment (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, etc.).
  • Feedback Capture: Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise agile practices.
  • Act as Scrum Master: Act as a Scrum Master for a designated development team, as needed.
