Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a talented Agile Software Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will engage in the comprehensive product delivery lifecycle, involving Discovery, Design and Development and working with other Engineering functions to deliver our products. The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple iterations through the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, with a particular focus on Scrum. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of software iterations on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate will also act as an Agile Coach, mentoring teams and individuals to adopt and excel in Agile practices.
A strong background or understanding in software engineering is highly desirable to ensure effective communication and decision-making within the technical teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead our agile delivery function and team of agile delivery experts.
  • Design, maintain and document our governance, principles, and ways of working.
  • Mentor and support our team members and support their career development.
  • Collaborate with program management, product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing.
