Your calling

  • Leading by example with an agile mindset and promoting agile values ​​and behaviors
  • Establishing a suitable agile approach together with the team (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) and supporting its further development and adaptation. 
  • Strengthening collaboration and self-organization within the team
  • Support in identifying and removing obstacles in everyday work
  • Regular facilitation of retrospectives to reflect on collaboration, scope, tools and processes.
  • Introduction and targeted use of suitable metrics (e.g. velocity, lead time) for the further development of agile processes in the teams.
  • Active participation in agile initiatives and communities within the organization.

Your qualification

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Scrum Master certification
  • Experience with Kanban as well as in using  Jira and Confluence
  • Methodological expertise in the field of agile software development
  • Very good German skills
  • Strong social skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • High self-reflection skills, good boundaries, and flexibility in dealing with different situations and people.
  • Experience in facilitating conflict resolution
