• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their practical applications.
• Excellent training, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
