REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in large-scale Agile transformations within multinational organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their practical applications.
- Excellent training, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in working with dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
