Your future role

  • Supporting development teams and departments in establishing and continuously improving agile collaboration and efficient processes.
  • Coaching and support for teams, product owners and managers on their path to greater self-organization, agility and effectiveness
  • Identifying optimization potential and actively shaping sustainable improvement initiatives
  • Strengthening a culture of learning, openness and trusting cooperation
  • Development and moderation of workshops, training sessions and retrospectives to promote knowledge transfer, team performance and continuous improvement.

  • Several years of professional experience in interface positions or in project management
