Your tasks:

• Moderation of Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Performing backlog refinements and SM syncs
• Organization and moderation of PI planning meetings
• Promoting agile discipline and methodological conformity within the team
• Removal and escalation of obstacles
• Building and strengthening collaborative team structures

Your profile:

• Certification as a Scrum Master and SAFe certification
• Several years of experience in a scaled agile environment (at least 3 years in Germany)
• Academic degree advantageous
• Fluent English and German skills
