As an Agility Senior Associate in Consumer and Community Banking, you will contribute to the team by guiding and supporting solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of agile principles you will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to build continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to effectively manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Job responsibilities Lead and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence-based decisions Identify trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new policies and best practices within the discipline Facilitate groups of 40 or more and coach multiple teams across the product Build and Nurture Agile Teams from Inception Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications such as professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) Recommended skills include but are not limited to: agile delivery, business acumen, change management, continuous improvement, coaching, internal stakeholder management, strategic thinking, self-study, verbal communication, adaptability, and decision making
