Job Title: Agiloft Technical Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Experience: 4–8 years (minimum 2 years with Agiloft preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agiloft Technical Consultant to support implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Agiloft platform for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and other business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agiloft configuration, scripting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Agiloft for clients, including requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Customize and automate workflows using Agiloft’s no-code/low-code tools and scripting (JavaScript).
  • Develop custom rules, actions, and templates within Agiloft to support business processes.
  • Integrate Agiloft with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance support.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and technical architecture.
  • Work collaboratively with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Agiloft platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side scripting.
  • Familiarity with Agiloft’s Business Rules, Workflows, Permissions, Record Types, and Tables.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agiloft Certification (Administrator / Developer) is a plus.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), LegalTech, or Procurement solutions.
  • Exposure to relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query languages.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
