About the Role

We are an established transport subcontractor operating a dedicated fleet for Boral in Bundaberg. We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Agitator Truck Operator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. This position is available for an immediate start.

While previous concrete agitator experience is highly preferred, we are willing to provide specialised agitator training for the right candidate—provided you already have a solid background in heavy truck driving.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain an agitator (concrete mixer) truck working on behalf of Boral.
• Deliver concrete accurately and safely to residential, commercial, and civil sites across the Bundaberg region.
• Perform mandatory daily pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Complete delivery dockets and digital job logs efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to both our company and Boral’s high safety, environmental, and site standards.

What You Need to Apply

• HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck License (current and valid) with a clean driving history.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven heavy truck driving experience (essential—we are training you on the agitator, not how to drive a truck).
• Full work rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment medical, physical fitness test, and drug & alcohol screening.
• Construction Induction White Card.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
