Description Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Help desk support for a U.S. Army Customer. The selected candidate will provide support for the Army's CAC PKI system. You will perform routine helpdesk functions to assist customers with the use and application of the PKI infrastructure. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Information Technology. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following: Troubleshoot end user PKI installations Process, track, and manage account documentation Interact with users and evaluate vendor products Track hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery Why Work For ISS? Requirements Clearance Level Secret Education AA/AS or equivalent experience Certifications (IAT Level II) One of the following: CySA+ Security+ CCNA - Security GICSP GSEC SSCP Required Skills 0-2 years of experience in help desk support and IT Desired Skills MCP or other related Microsoft certification Computing environment certification
