Job Description What is waiting for you: - Concluding service contracts with existing customers of the company - Acquisition of new customers - service contracts for regular activities - Update of older service contracts and price offers - Processing and presentation of service offers - Personal evaluation of business cooperation with contract customers - Independent business case management - Active support for the development of service activities - Regular monitoring and evaluation of contracts - Work in CRM and regular reporting to the management of the service organization - Active involvement in marketing campaigns - Cooperation on pricing - Training on working with the customer portal and activation of user accounts - Daily support for planners, invoices and the sales team Qualifications What skills should you have -University education (min. Bc.)
