Overview Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking an Agreements Management Specialist to assist DOE-ID in managing the approval, funding, and closeout processes for Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT). Responsibilities include coordinating responses, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing relevant reports. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities Assist DOE-ID in managing approval, funding, and closeout processes for Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP). Support administration of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA). Support administration of Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT). Coordinate responses and communications related to agreements management activities. Organize and maintain agreements documentation and files. Prepare reports related to agreements management activities. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support agreements processes. Qualifications Active Top Secret Working knowledge of federal agreements processes (e.g., SPP, CRADA, ACT). Strong organizational and document management skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agreements management systems (e.g., AMPS). Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience in agreements or grants management. Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience.

The specialist will assist the Department of Energy Idaho (DOE-ID) in managing the approval, funding, and closeout processes for various strategic agreements, including SPP, CRADA, and ACT.
