Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will ensure reliable access to key e-resources for students and staff. You will manage e-resource acquisitions and troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors and colleagues to resolve complex access issues. You will also contribute to projects and events that enhance Library collections, systems and user experience. What you will deliver: Perform day-to-day e-resource acquisition and activation, including ordering, licence management, access activation, renewals and ongoing access maintenance. Monitor and resolve reported access problems, liaising with vendors, IT teams and Library colleagues as required. Provide responsive customer service by managing purchase and access queries and communicating clearly with staff, academics and students. Maintain accurate records and follow agreed workflows in library management and discovery systems to support reliable content delivery. Contribute to projects, service enhancements and events that improve collection access, engagement and e-resource services. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have knowledge of, and some experience with e-resource acquisition and management practices. Are familiar with library management and discovery systems to manage orders, access and related data. Manage time, tasks and competing deadlines effectively, with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
