The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions: Focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients Negotiating and securing the best product offering required by our clients Identifying and onboarding new clients to meet the needs of our growing product offering Managing the entire sales process to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions Skills and aptitude Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong business relationships Good understanding of agricultural inputs and their procurement processes Bachelors Degree is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Team & culture We are building a high-performing team, passionate about transforming Africa’s food systems.
