You’ll be managing a client base spanning across diversified Agribusiness specialisations, providing full Banking solutions for customers across Gippsland and surrounding areas. We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely. More specifically, you will Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities We’re interested in hearing from people who Pride themselves in building client relationships through excellent service and driving new business; Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negation of complex solutions; Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
