Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team (RAB) is passionately committed to supporting businesses across Australia and helping to build and enhance the financial well-being of our regional communities. You’ll manage a client base spanning diversified Agribusiness specialisation, providing full banking solutions for customers across Western Victoria. We work flexibly to balance the needs of clients, the team, and home life. This team works between the office, client sites, and remotely. More Specifically, You Will: Work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs—retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities. Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. Drive strategy and deal execution, including structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities. Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape. Are highly skilled in leading deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions.
