Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current “C” class driver licence

We would also love you to have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets
  • The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions

  • Developing a deep understanding of your customers’ goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank’s own growth targets
