Job Description Our Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services team consists of rural property specialists, many of whom have grown-up on rural and agribusiness holdings across Australia and are well suited to tasks requiring tailored expertise and a specialist focus. Our Agribusiness experts provide researched and thorough valuation advice across the following agribusiness property types: large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, intensive livestock (piggeries, feedlots & poultry), post farm gate, aquaculture, water markets, renewable industries, and carbon markets. We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified expert to join our growing Queensland team (the role can be based in any location within Queensland) - Broad selection of agribusiness-based property. Quality private, corporate, institutional, Government and financial clients. Class leading valuation delivery and quality assurance platform. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you will require: An Associate Member of the API and Queensland Valuers Registration with at least 2 -3 years’ experience post CPV qualification. Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts. Valid Australian drivers’ license. Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy. Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
