THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Agricultural Design Engineer who loves to innovate, problem-solve, and get hands-on. One day you could be working on a CAD model, the next you might be helping to build and test a prototype on the shop floor or working with a machine in the field.
You’ll play a key role in designing cutting-edge equipment that supports farmers, contractors, and forestry operators across the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop innovative agricultural machinery and systems using CAD and other engineering tools.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and 3D models.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to solve technical challenges.
  • Prototype, test, and refine designs for maximum performance and reliability.
  • Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Produce technical documentation, including weld drawings, specifications, manuals, and parts diagrams.
  • Support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.
  • Work closely with the lead designer to bring concept machines to manufacturable products.
