Kletke Enterprises is currently seeking an agricultural equipment operator to join our team in Brunkild, Manitoba Canada. We provide an opportunity beyond the average farm experience. • Annual harvest small grains (1600 ha)
• We serve customers in Canada and the United States
• We have both late model and seasoned equipment, utilizing modern technology and management practices

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for operating a fleet of equipment to support field and yard operations, executing equipment/yard maintenance and upkeep. Multiple positions available with varying start and finish dates for 2025 season. This role reports to the general manager.

THE EXPERIENCE

• Work on a Canadian grain farm operating equipment and have exposure/experience with all areas of farming - seeding, spraying, harvesting, with large GPS guided tractors,
• Develop your leadership skills by solving problems, recommending improvements, planning and organizing farming activities
• Learn about and experience Canada from farm life, outdoor adventures, culture and history with time available to travel the country to enjoy everything from our pristine lakes to the Canadian Rocky Mountains and other areas.
• We are 30 minutes from the capital city of Winnipeg with over 1M people, stores, entertainment, etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENSATION:

• Employee housing and personal use vehicles provided.
• Meals provided on all shifts longer than 10 hours
• Minimum of class 5 (car) driver’s license or equivalent required.
• 8-hour Shifts NOTE: Shifts longer than 8 hours, including working on weekends occur during peak operation months
• C$19.35 – 39.50/hour. Plus, discretionary harvest bonus
