AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT SHOP FOREMAN

Agriterra Equipment is one of North America’s largest AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. We’ve grown from 3 locations (in 2013) to 12 and have been consistently in AGCO North America’s Circle of Excellence Top 20 dealer group.
We are looking for an exceptional Shop Foreman to join our team in Camrose, AB.
Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (agriculture experience isn’t required but would be a bonus).

Responsibilities:

  • Working on a wide range of agriculture equipment and brands


    • Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Cub Cadet, Caterpillar agriculture products and more!

    • Large agriculture equipment to lawn and garden equipment (the type of equipment can vary by region)
    • Skid steer loaders, loaders, telehandlers and excavators
    • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
    • Supervision of shop personnel, and assign technicians to the appropriate job duties
    • Ensuring safety policies and procedures are being followed

    • Ensure quality control, assist, and advise technicians and make recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
    • Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
    • This position will be based in shop
