This is a high-impact role that supports both divisions of the company (TBS & TBE), including equipment like flatbeds, hoppers, ag trucks, and orchard cabs, with a focus on California crops such as almonds, pistachios, tomatoes, walnuts, and cotton.

  • Map equipment alignment to key crops using GIS and harvest schedule data.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for internal teams.
  • Track competitor positioning, product pricing, and market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing on crop-specific campaigns and product positioning.
  • Recommend new market entries, dealer network expansion, and fleet utilization strategies.

Expected Outcomes

  • Clear visibility into market share opportunities by crop and geography.
  • Actionable insights that guide sales team priorities and dealer development.
  • Well-informed marketing campaigns built around crop timing and equipment demand.
  • Strengthened product development decisions backed by market trends.
  • Long-term strategic roadmaps based on reliable forecasting and modeling.
