The Florida Farm Bureau Federation is looking for an Agricultural Policy Coordinator to provide essential coordination of policy development and implementation processes within the Agricultural Policy and Government & Community Affairs departments.
Success in this role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
The posted pay range is the starting salary for the position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Formstack (or similar programs) is essential.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Capable of composing simple correspondence.
  • Effective in presenting information to individuals and small groups, including customers, clients, and colleagues.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Competency in applying basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to perform mathematical operations relevant to daily job functions.
