JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Agricultural Worker to support our apiary and vegetable growing operations. This position involves hands-on work with beekeeping, planting, harvesting and general farm duties. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sustainable agriculture, a willingness to learn, and a respect for nature.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working with bees and handling live colonies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Keep accurate records of activities related to bees and crops.
• Follow all safety protocols and farm best practices.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
• Support other farm-related tasks as needed
