POSITION OVERVIEW:

This exciting position will inherit a sizeable book of client relationships developed from an experienced lending team as part of their succession planning. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing these client relationships to assist in securing various agriculture, commercial, small business, and other loans. Your existing knowledge of local farming practices combined with trainable skills in loan origination, credit analysis, and customer service will be instrumental in guiding clients through the loan process and ensuring their financial needs are met while limiting the bank’s exposure. Excellent compensation package offered. Have lending experience already? Also not a problem as this bank is willing to adjust compensation based on experience as well!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with local farming practices (ag-related positions held, family farming experience, etc.)
• No lending experience? No problem! While some prior knowledge of banking or lending practices is preferred, it is not required. This bank is willing to train the right individual!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
