Do you have a technical background with an understanding of agriculture machinery and like to problem solve? Are you ambitious and driven to find solutions to help others? Do you embrace technology to stay organized and improve productivity?
Using your background knowledge of agriculture equipment, you are a centralized resource to assist the Nelson Motors and Equipment team to diagnose problems, communicate best practices and solutions, and share your knowledge while training others. You will have the chance to be on the cutting edge of industry leading connected support tools such as John Deere’s Service Center. You will be a crucial part of delivering an unmatched customer experience by keeping our customers up and running and offering assistance before they experience downtime. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to stay up to date on all the core technical systems of today’s equipment through hands on experience and unique training experiences.
