Description
The Agricultural Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting all agricultural activities on Lānaʻi. This position ensures compliance with agricultural leases, garden rules, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Agricultural Manager serves as the primary liaison for farmers, community gardeners, regulatory agencies, and internal departments, ensuring that agricultural operations align with company goals, sustainability practices, and community needs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year (Exempt) Reporting Relationship: Reports to: Director of Residential and Commercial Properties Supervises: n/a Quality Standards: Conduct individual and business affairs in highest ethical and legal fashion. Establish and contribute to a supportive, creative, enthusiastic, and cooperative working environment for all. Build strong communication links with supervisors, peers, and employees.
