We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with various types of equipment, including excavators, cranes, and farm machinery. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while performing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and industrial machinery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, or farm machinery is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and HVAC systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed for maintenance or repair tasks.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance performed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during service calls.
• Assist in heavy lifting and operation of heavy equipment as required.
