JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking trainers, that wish to deliver training in the Agriculture Industry, who are passionate about their Industry and are committed to upskilling employees to assist farm owners to grow their business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· The current (TAE40122) or (TAE40116) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Or (TAE40110) including the TAELLN411 unit and TAEASS502 unit.
· Hold the qualification equal to or above the level of delivery of training.
· Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided and be willing to provide a trainer matrix to reflect currency.
· High level interpersonal skills including good communication, motivation and empowering skills.
· Current experience as a trainer and assessor in blended learning ie. workplace (face to face), online, classroom and zoom/teams training.
· Time management – the ability to easily organise and prioritise tasks and undertake a structured approach to work.

Orion offers qualifications in agriculture specialising in livestock improvement, breeding, nutrition and health management as well as short courses covering a broad range of farming practices such as Biosecurity, Weed killing and Work Health and Safety (WHS).
