At Central Alberta Co-op, we’re looking for a dedicated Agro Admin I to join our team at our Crossfield Agro Centre. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute, this could be the perfect role for you!
Position: Agro Admin I
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends: Mornings, afternoons, and evenings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school education preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all customers are pleasantly welcomed
  • Process special customer requests in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Operate point-of-sale terminals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure that adequate office supplies and stationery are always on hand and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with internal audits as well as process all incoming and outgoing mail, including invoices and product
  • Complete accurate daily cash-up reconciliations and deposits and inform the manager of any discrepancies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
