To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.swanvalleyco-op.crs What you’ll do: Reporting to the Agro Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of daily tasks and any larger projects as assigned, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for themselves, team members and customers. Other duties may include, but are not limited to: Load and deliver chemical orders for farm customers; Load fertilizer into trucks and receive loads; Support the Agro team with in-season crop scouting; Warehouse maintenance and inventory quality control; Assist with seed treating and chemical shed shipping/receiving. You have strong communication skills both written and oral. You have a positive, professional approach and attitude. You are dependable for all scheduled shifts. You have the ability to problem solve. An Agro background would be considered an asset.
