This is a part-time position, the successful candidate will have the ability to workdays, evenings and weekends.

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand:

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
• Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.
• Operating our point-of-sale terminals
• Stocking Shelves with product
• Ensuring the high-level of store image in line with our Brand expectations
• Other responsibilities and projects assigned

This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted).
