Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Lancaster Agronomy - Lancaster, WI 53813 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Category: General Labor We are seeking a dedicated Agronomy & Feed Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential in supporting agronomy operations and warehouse logistics while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Compliance Follow OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations, including proper PPE. Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies. Agronomy Operations Blend, mix, load, and deliver plant food, seed, feed, and crop protection products. Operate automation systems for seed treating, liquid loading, and fertilizer plant. Perform soybean seed treatments and coordinate delivery/pickup schedules. Scout fields for weed or insect issues and record accurate notes. Warehouse Management Safely load/unload chemicals, seed, feed, fertilizer, and merchandise. Manage inventory levels to minimize shrinkage and spoilage. Support and backup bag feed and farm supplies Check inbound deliveries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Comfortable working around grain dust, feed, fertilizers, and ag commodities. Ability to lift, climb, and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. CDL preferred but not required
