Job Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and organization of agronomy orders, reports and data entry. Prioritize individual customer information to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Support the retail team in managing customer accounts, product work orders, customer financing and addressing inquiries. Assist in maintaining inventory records and tracking product shipments. Participate in customer outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns. Provide administrative support to the staff, including filing, copying, and document management of digital and physical office files. Aid in the preparation of presentations and materials for customer meetings. Support the reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders. Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Any other tasks as assigned. Requirements Job Requirements High School Senior or College student interested or pursuing a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in agriculture and agronomy retail operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly. Basic understanding of agricultural products and services is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
