SUMMARY

We are seeking an Agronomy Scout to join our team at Sharpe’s. This role is essential in supporting our agricultural operations by scouting fields and providing valuable insights on crop health, soil conditions and coordinating grower programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Class G driver’s license (required)
  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain (preferred)
  • Strong background or interest in agriculture, particularly in crop management.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50lbs).
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with farmers and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn internal company systems and software

  • Maintain accurate records of scouting activities and findings for reporting purposes.
