Qualifications What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of proven success in agronomy sales, preferably with a track record of mentoring or supporting other sales professionals. Deep understanding of seed, fertilizer, and chemical sales directly to growers. A genuine passion for helping others succeed and fostering a strong team culture. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-first approach. B.S. in Agriculture, Ag Business, or a related field (required).
