Job requirements: Serves as the AH-64E Maintenance Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15R MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records. Duties and responsibilities: Perform all the above duties, including POI technical writing, courseware development, and periodic revisions as needed. Create, implement, and modify curriculum to meet course learning objectives. Provide classroom and hands-on instruction using various teaching techniques and Technical Publications to prepare students for MOS Qualification. Perform duties in a culturally sensitive environment while maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and approach. Manage and maintain the assigned classroom, including equipment, tools, and supplies. Pass an instructor qualification course in the first 90 days of hire. Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
