Job Description Job Summary: Hardware related software developer for chassis control active safety system, including autosar MCAL, ECU abstraction layer, system services and complex driver Job Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with AI algorithm teams to prune, deploy, and tune LLM models ensuring efficient operation under resource-constrained environments 2. Implement and optimize embedded AI features related to natural language processing and semantic understanding 3. Planning, coordination, integration, test and release of hardware related software within customer projects 4. Analyze customer requirements 5. Software design for customer project specification and implementation 6. Fulfill software and system development and quality processes 7. Problem solving during the project development and after production 8. Provide technical support to internal and external customer Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, communication engineering, etc 2. Working experience: 1) Experience in embedded software development 2) Experience with safety critical system development 3) Automotive industry work experience 4) Experience with autosar BSW, complex drivers development 3. Knowledge/Skills： - Familiarity with AI large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and hands-on experience preferred; - Experience with embedded AI inference frameworks/tools such as TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, Edge TPU, NVIDIA Jetson; - Knowledge of model optimization techniques including quantization, pruning, and acceleration (e.g., NNAPI, TensorRT) is a plus; - C/C++ working knowledge - Knowledge on embeded software design - Knowledge on embeded software development process - Knowledge on working with RTOS - Knowledge on communication protocols, eg.
