Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDefining and delivering the organisation's AI adoption, enablement and business readiness strategy.
Leading the rollout and adoption of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot and other emerging technologies.
Building AI literacy, capability and upskilling programmes across diverse user groups.
Creating adoption frameworks, metrics and success measures that demonstrate clear business value.
Establishing AI champion networks and communities of practice.
Developing communications, learning and change management plans to support sustainable behavioural change.
Working closely with architecture, engineering and technical teams on AI tooling assessments and rollout planning.
Helping technology teams embrace AI-native software development practices and maximise the value of GitHub Copilot.
Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by embedding AI into future operating models and ways of working.
Engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive adoption and alignment.
