Starting with developing ai agents for our golf coaching service copilot. We’re seeking extremely talented devs to our fast growing company. Must have experience developing single and multi-agent applications, full stack applications, traditional ML, and computer vision. And you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most average people think possible. Good communication skills are essential. Expect talented, motivated, intense and interesting co-workers. Must be willing to relocate to the Orange County, California area (we will help cover moving costs).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and deploy LLM-powered coaching assistants that scale personalized golf instruction for thousands of lessons.
• Retrain and optimize computer vision models for real-time on-device pose estimation, swing analysis, and object detection.
• Integrate synthetic video generation into the coaching workflow to deliver automated, high-quality instructional content.
• Own projects end-to-end across backend, mobile, and frontend to turn R&D into production-ready features.
• Lead high-leverage, high-impact initiatives that drive 10x–100x growth in AI coaching capabilities.
