This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered HR solutions that transform traditional People operations into autonomous, intelligent workflows. You will architect multi-agent systems that connect fragmented HR tools into coherent, end-to-end processes, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on engineering, strategic problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with direct impact on thousands of employees globally. You will mentor HR teams on AI adoption, create reusable templates, and measure automation outcomes to optimize workforce effectiveness. Success in this role directly multiplies the HR team’s capacity for high-value work, making it a pivotal position in driving organizational impact. \n Accountabilities: Design, build, and deploy AI-powered HR workflows using tools such as n8n, Python, Claude API, and MCP, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight Architect multi-agent systems integrating HRIS, ATS, payroll, and ticketing tools for end-to-end process automation Implement error handling, audit trails, payroll-calendar awareness, and risk mitigation for all production systems Own governance and risk classification for AI systems, ensuring compliance with PII handling, cross-jurisdictional privacy, and payroll regulations Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks to enable HR teams to maintain and extend automation independently Train HR staff on AI-assisted tools, drive adoption, and monitor impact on manual hours, errors, and operational efficiency Act as a bridge between HR, Engineering, and Product teams to align AI initiatives with organizational priorities and compliance standards Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production 2–3+ years of experience working with HR, People Operations, or people technology systems Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI workflows in production environments, not just experimentation Deep working knowledge of Workday, including job change workflows, worker conversions, EIB uploads, and integration architecture Proficiency in AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalents, and connecting HR systems via APIs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to structure ambiguous HR challenges into actionable, automated workflows Solid understanding of employee data classification, PII handling, and HR compliance obligations across jurisdictions Systems thinker with implementation focus: discovery → design → build → deployment → optimization Nice to Have: Experience with Workday Prism, Qualtrics, or HR analytics tools for workflow and strategy automation Familiarity with Ashby API integration, spreadsheet automation (Google Apps Script, Excel/Sheets), or Python/R for HR analytics Background in HR tech administration, people analytics, or automation functions Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth remote-first environments serving employees across multiple countries Degree with quantitative focus (Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent) with applied technical experience Benefits: Competitive salary with equity opportunities Fully remote U.S. work environment with flexible hours Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental and caregiver leave Flexible PTO and company holidays Learning and development opportunities with exposure to advanced AI and HR systems Collaborative and inclusive culture with global colleagues \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
