JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Worlds AI Analyst is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of AI-powered solutions for a subset of Worlds customers. This role includes training AI models, enhancing solution capabilities, and validating application performance. The AI Analyst also serves as the primary customer contact for AI-related deployments and improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a business or operations analyst.
  • Experience with data (image and video) annotation tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with video file formats (mp4, .asf, .mov, .avi, .wmv), compression and codecs (H.264, H.265) and video management and editing software.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and labeling processes.
  • Proficiency in reporting & analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record for improving efficiency and effectiveness of systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in machine learning labeling and data quality review tools.

Responsibilities
  • AI Model Development & Training
  • Train and validate AI models, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in model performance.
  • Prepare training datasets, including video samples of objects, people, and vehicles.
  • Develop and implement a concise yet flexible labeling strategy to support multiple customer use cases.
  • Conduct real-time performance testing to validate model accuracy and effectiveness.Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze system results to provide insights and recommendations for AI model improvements.
  • Conduct visual audits of live data to ensure performance meets statistical thresholds.
  • Work with system administrators to expand camera and sensor inputs, define smart zones, and establish geo-spatial data.Customer Collaboration & Support
  • Engage with business units and end-users to develop AI-powered solutions for real-world problems.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Worlds support and escalation teams to address solution quality and performance.Systems Integration & Administration
  • Work with IT and third-party integrators to monitor and manage system integration using the Worlds API or customer-specific APIs.
  • Oversee device configuration and availability of sensory environments, including cameras and sensors.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on system setup, configuration, taxonomy, functionality, and integrations.
