Job Description Overview As AI & Automation Lead, you'll have the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI and automation across our Customer & Commercial functions. This role will shape strategy, lead execution, and embed change - accelerating transformation, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. Starting as an individual contributor, you’ll have the remit to build a high-impact team as value is proven. What You'll be Doing Strategy & Roadmap Define and evolve our AI and automation strategy within Customer and Commercial, aligned to business priorities and aligned to the overall ASOS AI and Automation strategy Identify high-impact use cases across Customer Service, Marketing, Media Group, and Go-To-Market. Build, maintain and operate an AI Chief of Staff capability to support team rhythm - OKRs, meetings, internal comms. Execution & Delivery Deliver a series of impactful automations or AI solutions which enable Marketing or Commercial teams to go faster Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and third-party agentic solutions. Deliver measurable efficiency gains and customer experience improvements. Build, manage and promote the team Prompt Library and an Agent Register Change Management Develop and execute change plans using frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter. Drive adoption across a 200-person org, with strong stakeholder engagement. Governance & Measurement Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence. Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI across all workflows. Capability Building Design and manage training programs to upskill teams on AI literacy. Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation and data-led decision-making Vendor & Partner Management Evaluate build vs. buy options for agentic solutions. Manage relationships with Microsoft and other strategic vendors. Partner closely with the Director of AI Productivity in Tech and other internal leads. Qualifications About You Conceptual understanding of automation, LLM-based solutions and integration pathways. Basic coding skills (you do not need to be an experienced Software Engineer) Some front-line experience in Marketing, Trading, Product Management or Commercial roles Proven change management experience Data-driven mindset with strong influencing skills across functions. Ability to inspire and coach individuals/teams through change and build capability.
