JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic AI and Robotics Trainer to design and deliver world-class training programs. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and a passion for hands-on learning. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, developing cutting-edge curriculum, and mentoring students to help them achieve their career goals in the exciting and rapidly growing fields of AI and robotics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrable expertise and professional experience in the AI/ML and/or Robotics domain.
  • Strong Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python is mandatory. Familiarity with C++ is highly advantageous.
  • AI/ML Expertise:
  • Solid grasp of core machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, SVMs, Decision Trees).
  • In-depth knowledge of Deep Learning concepts, including hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of neural network architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for computer vision and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) for sequence data.
  • Familiarity with the mathematical foundations, including concepts like the gradient descent optimization algorithm, represented as θnew​=θold​−α∇J(θ).
  • Robotics Expertise:
  • Practical experience with Robot Operating System (ROS).
  • Hands-on experience with robotics hardware such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, robotic arms, or mobile robots.
  • Knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and control systems (e.g., PID controllers).
  • Experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A genuine passion for teaching, mentorship, and fostering talent.
  • Fluency in English is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a technical training, corporate training, or academic teaching role.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or cloud platforms preferred (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A portfolio of personal or professional projects showcasing your work in AI and/or Robotics.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Reinforcement Learning (RL).

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and continuously update comprehensive and engaging course content, lesson plans, lab exercises, and projects covering foundational and advanced topics in AI and Robotics.
  • Instruction and Facilitation: Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to a diverse audience, including students, professionals, and corporate clients, both in-person and online.
  • Hands-On Lab Management: Oversee and manage our state-of-the-art robotics lab, ensuring all hardware (e.g., robotic arms, autonomous mobile robots, sensor kits, drones) and software (e.g., ROS, simulation environments) are well-maintained and utilized effectively in training.
  • Mentorship and Support: Provide robust academic and practical support to learners. Guide them through complex projects, offer constructive feedback on their work, and provide career mentorship.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Create and administer quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments to accurately measure learner progress, comprehension, and skill acquisition.
  • Stay Current: Actively research and stay abreast of the latest industry trends, breakthroughs, and tools in AI and Robotics to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with the academic team and management to refine course offerings, contribute to educational strategy, and enhance the overall learner experience.
